Cake
Bring to a boil:
2 sticks margarine
1 c water
4 Tbsp cocoa
Set aside.
In a bowl combine:
2 c flour
2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Add:
boiled mixture
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c sour cream
Pour into a greased 18×12 pizza pan.
Bake @ 350, on middle rack, 20 minutes.
Frosting:
Bring to a boil:
1 stick margarine
4 Tbsp cocoa
6 Tbsp milk
Remove from heat.
Gradually add:
4 c confectioner sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Beat well.
Add:
milk
Add milk little by little until spreading consistency.
Frost while hot.
OPTIONAL: sprinkle with nuts
