Mix together:
1 package chocolate cake mix
1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 c sour cream
1 c vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 c warm water
1 package chocolate chips (12oz)
Pour into well buttered bundt pan.
Bake @ 350 for 50-55 minutes OR until top is springy.
Do NOT overbake! Cool.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
