Apple Crisp – Marlene’s

From the kitchen of Marlene Knewasser

Wash & peel:

5 c apples

In a bowl, combine:

the apples

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 Tbsp water

In another bowl:

3/4 c brown sugar

Cut in:

1/3 c butter

Add:

1/2 c flour

1/4 c rolled oats

2-4 tsp cinnamon

Mix everything together in a bowl.

Put into a baking dish.

Bake @ 375 for 40 minutes

Makes 4-6 servings.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
