Zucchini Cookies

From the kitchen of Kay Putano

Cream together:

3/4 c margarine

3/4 c sugar

Add:

1 egg

1 tsp lemon extract

1 tsp orange extract

Add:

2 c flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 c grated zucchini

Mix well.

Add:

1/2 c nuts, chopped

1/2 c raisins (optional)

Drop spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.

Bake @ 375 20 – 25 minutes.
