Oatmeal Sprinkle Cookies

From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser

Cream:

1/2 c butter

1/2 c crisco

Add:

1/2 c sugar

1/2 c packed brown sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

Add:

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

2 c flour

1/4 c oatmeal

1/2 c Rice Krispies cereal

Add:

1/2 c sprinkles (jimmie style)

1/2 c m&m’s (mini or regular)

Rub cookie sheets with Crisco.

Scoop 1/4 c of dough & roll into a ball.

Flatten slightly.

Leave room for spreading.

Bake @ 375 for 13 minute or until golden.

These make large cookies.

If you make them smaller, they won’t take as long to bake.
