From the kitchen of Stacey Chouati

In a bowl, mix together:

2 c cooked shrimp, cut into small pieces

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1/2 tsp parsley

1/4 tsp paprika

salt & pepper

Set aside.

Spread your favorite pizza dough in an oiled pan.

Top with:

tomatoes, sliced thin, enough to cover pizza

a little mozzarella cheese

the seasoned cooked shrimp, cut into small pieces

more mozzarella cheese

parmesan

Sprinkle with parsley for color.

Cook on the grill.

NOTES:

  • I eyeball the amounts.
  • To make in the oven, bake @ 375, 20 minutes or until cheese begins to color.
