From the kitchen of Diomira Putano

Spread out thin piece of steak.

You could use some fine slices of pork.

Combine to make filling:

grated cheese

bread crumbs

eggs

parsley

squeeze of garlic

salt & pepper

Spread filling on steak & tie up.
