Turkey & Veal Meatballs

From the kitchen of Brian Barkwell

Mix together:

1 lb ground turkey

1 lb ground veal

4 eggs

2 large garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp nutmeg

2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

4 slices Italian bread that have been soaked in water, squeezed dry, then torn into little pieces

Roll into balls.

Roll balls in breadcrumbs, coating the outside.

Fry in sunflower oil.
