Braciola – Kay’s

From the kitchen of Kay Putano

Flatten 1 pound of steak.

Combine to make filling:

1/2 tsp parsley

1/2 c grated cheese

1/2 c bread crumbs

1/2 to 1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Add:

2 eggs

Spread filling on steak, roll up & tie with string.

Add oil to a pan.

Add a slice of green pepper to oil, optional.

Brown rolled steak on all sides.

Cook slowly.

Once the braciola is cooked, add sauce to the pan.
