NOTES

  • What is Holland Rusk? It comes in a cylinder shaped package. In Holland it’s extremely common. My family calls it by the Dutch name but on the American package it says Holland Rusk. They are round toast type things that you crumble up. They are lighter than bread crumbs.
  • They taste great with mashed potatoes.
