Ice Ring:
Make an ice ring using gingerale & fruit.
I usually use a jello mold or bundt pan to make the ring… just make sure it fits in your punch bowl!
1 bottle of gingerale
fruit slices: orange, strawberries, pineapple chunks
Freeze until ready to serve.
Punch:
Boil:
2 quarts water
Add:
2 c sugar
When sugar is dissolved, stir in:
46 oz can un-sweetened pineapple juice
12 oz frozen pink lemonade
10 oz frozen Bacardi strawberry daiquiri mix
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, add:
1 liter gingerale
ice ring
