*This is the only ingredient that may be overpowering. You may want to start with less, try it, & add to taste.

GINGER has been used to calm: morning sickness, motion sickness, nausea, heartburn, migraines, menstrual cramps & other digestive problems. It also reduces pain caused by inflammation.

MINT has been used as a remedy for digestive problems & stomach cramps for centuries, as well as a natural breath freshener.

LEMONS are a great source of Vitamin C, potassium & calcium. When added to water, lemons are a natural diuretic. They have been used to calm nausea, heartburn, constipation & sore throats.

CUCUMBERS are a great source of vitamin A, B1, B6, C & D, Folate, Calcium, Magnesium & Potassium.

NOTES

  • Instead of making a pitcher worth, I usually make a large glass of this in the morning & add water throughout the day. When the flavor dulls, I start fresh. -Stephanie
