MINT has been used as a remedy for digestive problems & stomach cramps for centuries, as well as a natural breath freshener.
LEMONS are a great source of Vitamin C, potassium & calcium. When added to water, lemons are a natural diuretic. They have been used to calm nausea, heartburn, constipation & sore throats.
CUCUMBERS are a great source of vitamin A, B1, B6, C & D, Folate, Calcium, Magnesium & Potassium.
NOTES
- Instead of making a pitcher worth, I usually make a large glass of this in the morning & add water throughout the day. When the flavor dulls, I start fresh. -Stephanie
