From the kitchen of Marlene Knewasser
In a large Dutch oven combine:
12 c cranberry juice cocktail
4 c orange juice
1 c lemon juice
1/2 c sugar
1 Tbsp grated orange rind
12 whole cloves
6 (3″) cinnamon sticks
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Strain, discard spices.
Makes 17 cups.
