Fruit Salsa & Cinnamon Chips

From the kitchen of Connie Powers

Fruit Salsa:

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix:

2 kiwis, peeled and diced

2 Golden delicious apples, peeled, cored and diced

8 ounces raspberries (I don’t usually have these-good without)

1 pound strawberries diced

2 Tbsp sugar

1 Tbsp brown sugar

3 Tbsp fruit preserves, any flavor

Cover and chill in the fridge at least 15 minutes.

Cinnamon Chips:

10 (10 inch) flour tortillas

butter flavored cooking spray (or melted butter)

2 c cinnamon sugar

Coat one side of each flour tortilla with melted butter or butter flavored cooking spray.

Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet.

Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar.

Spray again with butter flavored cooking spray or melted butter.

Bake @ 350, 8-10 minutes.

Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes.

Serve with chilled fruit mixture.
