Peachy Keen Slush

From the kitchen of Kay Putano

In a large metal pot:

1/4 c sugar

2 c water

Boil 3 minutes.

Add:

12 oz can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

12 oz can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

3 c water

2 1/2 c Peach flavored Schnapps

1/3 c lemon juice

Mix well.

Pour into a freezer proof container.

Cover & freeze.

Before serving, let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to thaw slightly.

Spoon 1/2 c slush into each glass.

Stir in: 7up or gingerale (have 2 28 oz bottles on hand)

Makes 22 servings (each serving 3/4 c)
