Tuna Meatballs

From the kitchen of Kay Putano

Put in a blender:

4 cans tuna fish (in water)

Process until ground meat consistency.

Put tuna in a large bowl.

Add:

1 tsp basil, chopped fine

1 tsp parsley, chopped fine

2 cloves garlic , chopped fine

Add:

4 eggs, beaten

Add:

1 1/2 c parmesan cheese

1 1/2 c bread crumbs, maybe a little more

Form meatballs.

Brown in oil.

Cook in tomato sauce for 1 hour.
