
From the kitchen of Kay Putano
1/4 c oil
1 clove garlic
Cook in a pan until the garlic is golden.
Add:
1/4 c water
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can minced clams & juice
Simmer 15 minutes.
Serve over linguine or spaghetti.
