From the kitchen of Marlene Knewasser
Layer the following ingredients as listed in a pie dish (pyrex/micro-waveable)
8 oz Cream cheese
1 can HORMEL CHILI NO BEANS
1 brick Monterey Jack Cheese (grated)
1 small onion diced, optional (we used 1/2)
Microwave until the cheese is melted and bubbly. About 5 minutes.
Serve with Tortilla chips or Scoops.
