
From the kitchen of Mabel Knewasser
Combine:
3 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp sugar
Add:
1/2 c milk
Beat until smooth.
Add:
1 1/3 c coconut
1/2 tsp almond extract
Fold in:
8 oz tub Cool Whip, thawed
Pour into a pie crust (graham cracker or pastry).
Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
When ready to serve, let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to make slicing easier.
Store any leftovers in freezer.
