Holiday Ribbon Jello

2 3 oz packages lime jello

1 1 lb can crushed pineapple, drained – save juice

2 3 oz packages lemon jello

1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened

1/2 c mayo (optional)

2 3 oz packages cherry jello

1 lb can fruit cocktail, drained – save juice

Make lime jello as directed on package using the drained pineapple juice as part of the liquid.

Add the drained pineapple.

Pour into a 10x14x2 pan or individual dishes.

Chill until set.

Make lemon jello as directed on package.

Add cream cheese and mayo.

Beat until well blended.

Cool slightly, pour over set lime jello.

Chill until set.

Make cherry jello as directed on package using the drained fruit cocktail juice as part of the liquid.

Add fruit cocktail.

Cool slightly, pour over set lemon layer.

Chill until firm.

Slice and serve.

NOTES

  • This recipe is from Mrs.Minichelli. I don’t make the cherry layer.
