Pasta Dough

From the kitchen of Connie, Diomira Putano & Tony Putano

On table:

2 c 00 flour

Make a well in it.

Add:

3/4 tsp salt

2 eggs

4 Tbsp water

With a fork, slowly stir the flour into the water & eggs.

Knead until smooth.

If too wet add a little flour.

If too dry add a little water.

Wrap with plastic wrap.

Let rest on counter for 30 minutes to an hour.

Shape dough.

Bring salted water to a boil.

Add pasta. 

Cook for 1 minute.

NOTES:

  • Uncle Tony uses milk instead of water.
