Prime Rib Roast

Season:

prime rib roast

with: salt & pepper

Generously season with:

garlic powder

thyme

rosemary

Rub with:

better than bouillon beef paste

Drizzle over top:

vegetable oil

Let rest on counter for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 500.

Bake 10-15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 300.

Bake until internal temperature is:

120 for medium rare

130 for medium

140 for medium well

Plan for about 15 min per pound.

Let rest 20 – 30 minutes before slicing.
